Deleting your customer (mobile app) account
If you use the Yemame Reserve customer app to book appointments, you can delete your account directly from the app:
- Open the Yemame Reserve app and go to Profile
- Tap Settings, then Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Your profile, saved businesses and booking history will be removed
Deleting your business account
Business owners can request deletion of their business account and all associated data:
- Sign in to your dashboard and open Settings
- Use the account deletion option, or contact us on WhatsApp to request deletion
- We will verify the request and permanently delete your business, all associated branches, staff, services and customer records
What gets deleted
When an account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and login credentials
- Business, branch, service and staff records
- Bookings, customer lists and attendance history
- Any remaining SMS credit balances (these are non-refundable)
What we may retain
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and financial record-keeping. These records are kept securely and are not used for any other purpose.
