You can delete your account at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.

Deleting your customer (mobile app) account

If you use the Yemame Reserve customer app to book appointments, you can delete your account directly from the app:

  • Open the Yemame Reserve app and go to Profile
  • Tap Settings, then Account
  • Tap Delete Account
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted
  • Your profile, saved businesses and booking history will be removed

Deleting your business account

Business owners can request deletion of their business account and all associated data:

  • Sign in to your dashboard and open Settings
  • Use the account deletion option, or contact us on WhatsApp to request deletion
  • We will verify the request and permanently delete your business, all associated branches, staff, services and customer records

What gets deleted

When an account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Business, branch, service and staff records
  • Bookings, customer lists and attendance history
  • Any remaining SMS credit balances (these are non-refundable)

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and financial record-keeping. These records are kept securely and are not used for any other purpose.
